Exchanges & Refunds

Rock ELMNT accepts exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original product packaging. You may use a different outer shipping mailer or box.

To request an exchange, email info@rockelmnt.com with your order number and requested size or color. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping of the replacement item for size or color exchanges. Exchanges are subject to availability and are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

If your requested size is sold out, we will refund the returned item’s purchase price and applicable tax to your original payment method after receiving and inspecting the eligible item. Bank processing times may vary.

Incorrect or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@rockelmnt.com with your order number and photos. Rock ELMNT will cover the shipping costs needed to resolve the issue.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
